The standard made-to-measure Charles Pinckney Shirts are approximately £49.95. The replica shirt service costs a little more, but we quote on a case-by-case basis.

There is none. We use the internet and work visits to gather all the information we require from you. We don't have shops or flashy advertising campaigns which keeps our costs down so we can pass those savings onto you rather than increase our profit margins.

Your shirts are expected to reach you within 21 days of when you place your order.

We take every effort to ensure that your shirt will meet the EXACT specifications that you placed with us. However, if you are not totally satisfied with any of your shirts just return it to us with the shipping receipt and any charges you have incurred in returning the item and we will credit your account immediately*. If you prefer we can always alter it to get it just right and save any difference in the measurements in your profile to make sure you get the perfect fit in future.

* Please note it may take three to four working days for the money to reach your account.

Delivery is included in the price so what you see is what you pay for - no hidden extras! Your products will arrive via express courier and will need to be signed for.

Absolutely. We can deliver to wherever you specify when you order so you can have it delivered to where you're actually going to be rather than where's easiest for us. If you have a change of circumstance and would like an alternative delivery address for any order then just let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We'll ask you a few security questions to make sure it is you and then send it the new address.
