Refund & Returns Policy
We're so sure that you'll love your new Charles Pinckney Shirt that if you're not entirely satisfied we'll refund your money straight away, no questions asked.
If there is a problem with your shirt(s) please follow the procedure below to return the item(s):
- Let us know!
- Send the shirt(s) back to us by recorded delivery (this will be refunded to you on receipt of the parcel).
- We will either replace the shirt(s) immediately or refund what you paid for the shirt(s) within three to four working days. In addition we'll reimburse any postage costs incurred by you (just remember to include an original receipt as proof of purchase on returning the item).
Cancelling Your Order
If for some reason you decide that you wish to cancel your order you can do so up to 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation from us. You will not incur any charge for this. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.
